Cluster II was a European Space Agency (ESA) mission including four identical spacecraft flying in a tetrahedral configuration capable of resolving small scale temporal and spatial features in Earth's magnetosphere.
The Cluster II WBD instruments were designed and built at The University of Iowa through funding provided by NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.
