C11 RPWS Triggers
This sequence was designated for the first Instrument Checkout (ICO-1)
after Launch. Many instrument modes were exercised here, both old
modes used during Spacecraft Thermal Vacuum Testing (STV), and new
triggers which were being developed for use during the later mission.
