The data in the files for 2001-02-05 is in 77 kHz baseband mode using Antenna Ez.
It is 8-bit non-continuous data.  The instrument is duty cycling at 12.5%, which
means that there are two consecutive 1090-point snapshots lasting about 5 ms each
about every 80 ms.

The start time of the data in each file is in the filename.  The "c1" in the
filename is the spacecraft number.  There are 2 columns of data.  Column1 is the
offset in seconds after the start time of the file in E15.7 format.  Column 2 is
the calibrated data point in E13.5 format.

Should you want to get spectral densities in (V/m)^2/Hz by applying an FFT, you
would need to divide by the bandwidth 321.5 kHz.
