Dear NNW2003 Participant,

The venue of NWW2003 will be the well known Taj President Hotel, located in
downtown Mumbai. This hotel is within minutes drive from the business,
entertainment, and shopping districts of Mumbai.

Accommodation for participants of NWW2003 and accompanying persons is also
arranged at the Taj President Hotel. The hotel has offered special rates for
participants of NWW2003, which are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and
dinner.
The rates per night are as follows:

        Executive Room          USD 150

For an extra person, the excess charge shall be USD 30 per night, which is
inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Once your plans for attending the workshop are finalized, you are requested
to
reserve your accommodation in the hotel directly by contacting

or by contacting us. If you are making your reservations directly with the
hotel, please mention that you are a participant of the Non-linear Waves
Workshop - a 'Waves' delegate. Transportation from the International and
Domestic airports at Mumbai to the hotel Taj President shall be arranged by
us.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for the workshop is November 30,
2002.
Length of the abstracts should not exceed 500 words, and the abstracts are
to
be submitted as MSWORD files attached to an e-mail or as part of an e-mail
addressed to
              satyavir@iig.iigm.res.in.
