<Description>The PO-H0_PWI Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA) CDF files provide good time resolution
with relatively poor frequency resolution. An electric field measurement covers 5.6 Hz to 311
kHz in 20 channels logarithmically spaced. The magnetic field measurements cover a range from
5.6 Hz to 10 kHz in 14 channels logarithmically spaced. There are 4 frequency channels/decade
with 15% bandwidth below 10 kHzand 7.5% bandwidth at 10kHz and above. The time resolution is
1.3 sec/spectra with 100 dB dynamic range. The "Electric MCA" sensor configuration is Eu, Ev,
and Ez electric antennas and the magnetic loop antenna. The "Magnetic MCA" sensor
configuration is the Bu, Bv, and Bz search coil antennas with the Eu electric antenna.

Each image is a daily plot of the power spectral density (V^2 m^-2 Hz^-1) of received signal
(color scale) as a function of operating frequency (in a logarithmic scale on vertical axis) and
time (horizontal axis). At the top of each plot is a title indicating the Instrument, Receiver
and Antenna used followed by the time span for the spectrogram. The spectrograms display Eu
in the top panel and Bu in the lower panel. Beneath the time labels on the
horizontal axis are ephemeris data: position of the spacecraft in radial distance (Earth radii),
geomagnetic latitude, magnetic local time, and McIlwain L-shell. Overlaid on each image is a
trace of the electron gyrofrequency. The electron cyclotron frequencies are derived from the
expression: f_ce = 0.028 kHz*B, where B is the magnitude of the ambient magnetic field measured
		in nT.
