These triggers are designed to make use of the data-throttling capability in order to take advantage of unused bits (scoop-up) during low-rate periods. The hi-rate observation initiated by each of these triggers is specified as a low priority observation. The wideband data will only be acquired if the required number of bits has been scooped up.
